Scott Wasserman is one of the most in-demand electronic music designers and orchestrators for live theater, having served as Ableton programmer on the Broadway productions of Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, & Juliet, and The Great Comet, and Electronic Music Designer on Diana. His work as an arranger, orchestrator, and music director has been praised on projects at venues including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Radio City Music Hall. Other Broadway credits include Leap of Faith, Annie, and Escape to Margaritaville, with which he made his Broadway conducting debut. Scott’s contributions can be heard worldwide on stage, film & television, original albums & cast recordings, and the podcast Song Salad with co-host Shannon Deep. Scott is originally from East Hampton, CT and holds a BFA in Music Composition from Carnegie Mellon University. In 2022, CMU included Scott in its inaugural Tartans on the Rise class, and Scott now serves as a member of the College of Fine Arts Dean’s Council.

Scott lives in the Bronx with his wife, Meghan, and his two cats, Hudson and Ellis. Outside of music, Scott has reached WSET Level 3 in wine education, and is the Treasurer of the Unity Democratic Club.
